About The Position

Global Brand Creative Production, Club Sports Studio is looking for an experienced Producer who is highly organized, results driven, and keen to grow expertise within the production industry. We are seeking a strong communicator who partners cross-functionally within the brand to drive an organized, efficient, and successful end-to-end production process. They are problem-solvers, forward-thinkers and creative partners, always improving production to effectively execute the creative strategy of Global Brand Creative. Global Brand Creative Production is the center of excellence for production at Nike. Together, with Brand Creative, we are the voice of Nike's heart and soul. It's about telling powerful, meaningful stories across the entire brand ecosystem, leveraging all existing and new platforms to inspire, enable and engage athletes, while driving brand distinction and business impact. We aim to make people feel and help them do sport on a daily basis. Global Brand Creative Production is a team of enterprise thinkers who are experts in bringing ideas to life. You will work alongside a team of producers and production coordinators to up-level the team's deep industry expertise by learning, inspiring and sharing knowledge with each other. Day-to-day, you'll work in the Club Sports (Golf & Tennis) Studio with a team of designers, producers and communication experts. Beyond this core team, you will also partner with external creatives, commissioning and managing multiple creative partners ranging from world-renowned agencies to up-and-coming artists and creators to deliver premium and inspirational stories and experiences for the consumer. Within the broader Marketing function, you'll collaborate with your counterparts across many different teams to help deliver creative in accordance with our Brand Standards. You'll work end-to-end on projects, involved from the moment the brief reaches our team through final delivery. Depending on the size and scale of a project you may be a part of a Production team driving or supporting the work and should be able to manage smaller workstreams end-to-end.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of directly relevant work experience in content production and/or post production.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work appropriately and meet assigned deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Airtable.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Coupa and Figma.
  • Understanding of creative disciplines and interest in cultivating a broad network of external partners.
  • Passion for creative production and commitment to staying up to date with current and future trends and innovations.
