The Marketing Services team supports multiple business units at GAF and a number of affiliated businesses, supporting multiple brands and product categories through innovative marketing solutions including branding, marketing campaign development, and tactical execution. The Senior Creative Operations Specialist is responsible for establishing and governing the Digital Asset Management System (DAM System) architecture, standards, and user permissions to ensure a single source of truth for all Marketing content. The Senior Creative Operations Specialist acts as the main point of contact for digital assets. They are responsible for uploading, organizing, tagging, and maintaining digital assets within the DAM (digital asset management) system, as well as designing, developing, and executing training to enable the easy navigation and usage of assets across the company. This candidate will partner with the Creative Services Media Production Team to store the necessary model/location releases and properly indicate usage rights on relevant assets. The Senior Creative Operations Specialist acts as a secondary System Admin for our Workfront Project Management instance, partnering with the Creative Operations Director on governance and growth initiatives.
