About The Position

As Senior Creative Director, you’ll own the creative strategy behind turning cold B2B paid ad (initially Meta) traffic into qualified sales-ready leads that close. Your primary focus will be on the development and execution of video creative, complete with clear and compelling messaging, and innovative offers that drive new client acquisition.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction and copywriting, with a strong emphasis on direct response and performance marketing
  • 5+ years of B2B experience in a similar role
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading a team
  • Proven ability to convert cold traffic into high-quality meetings with strong close rates
  • Demonstrated track record of developing offers that drive measurable business growth
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft messaging that addresses prospect pain points
  • Deep understanding of marketing and lead generation strategies
  • Experience owning rapid testing, optimization, and creative iteration frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills; adept at translating complex ideas into effective creative strategies

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the creative growth initiative, driving high-quality new client acquisition and delivering measurable results
  • Craft conversion-focused copy, using fresh angles and hooks to engage and convert cold B2B audiences
  • Lead paid social strategy with a focus on Meta, creating "stop-the-scroll" campaigns that consistently deliver qualified B2B leads
  • Translate complex offerings into clear, compelling value propositions tailored to specific B2B pain points and decision-makers
  • Direct the production of high-impact video and static creative assets while establishing A/B testing frameworks to identify and scale winning combinations
  • Define, track, and report on KPIs, continuously optimizing performance through analysis of metrics and rapid implementation of insights
  • Provide strong leadership, establishing efficient workflows and fostering a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision making
  • Meet regularly with direct reports using our performance management framework and tools to support growth, accountability and professional development
  • Utilize your strong project management skills to prioritize resources effectively and meet deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with our client services and sales teams to ensure creative strategies clearly articulate offers and highlight the most compelling value propositions 
  • Proactively monitor and adapt to platform changes and industry trends, ensuring our creative approach remains innovative and effective
