About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Creative Designer with strong design expertise and proven leadership skills. This role leads the creative vision in collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams, ensuring brand consistency across digital and print media. The Senior Creative Designer will spearhead projects, guide and mentor the creative team, and deliver innovative solutions that elevate brand storytelling. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Senior Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in the digital industry, with proven experience working in creative and advertising agency.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and equivalent tools such as Figma, AdobeXD or Sketch.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual design skills across digital and print, with mastery in typography, layout, color, and originality.
  • Proven experience delivering production-ready files and final assets for both print and digital media.
  • Solid understanding of core design principles and the ability to develop innovative, business-aligned creative solutions.
  • Experience with branding, visual identity, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.
  • Knowledge of 3D, illustration, digital retouching, motion graphics, video editing, or other multimedia formats.
  • Proficiency in presentation design tools with hands-on experience creating impactful client decks in Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage creative teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and solve problems with attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and adopt emerging design technologies to enhance creative processes and team performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and collaborate with the creative team to design visually impactful, brand-aligned assets across digital and print platforms.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all creative outputs.
  • Use professional design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) to create, refine, and adapt graphic assets for multiple formats and platforms.
  • Produce sketches, storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to visualize and validate creative concepts.
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for diverse media, ensuring quality and precision across deliverables.
  • Manage production workflows with attention to detail, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Drive brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas that align with project goals and campaign strategies.
  • Present creative concepts and final deliverables to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams with clarity and professionalism.
  • Apply strategic design direction, integrate feedback effectively, and ensure creative solutions meet business and client needs.
  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across all touchpoints.
  • Mentor, motivate, and guide designers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous growth within the team.
  • Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities by presenting innovative, high-impact creative ideas.
  • Maintain organized design assets, ensuring version control, proper archiving, and accessibility.
  • Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, integrating them into creative processes.
  • Support resource planning, training initiatives, and performance management to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve production challenges, offering solutions and best practices to optimize delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and leadership, to align creative execution with business objectives.
  • Contribute to the overall growth of the agency through creativity, leadership, and excellence in execution.
