We're currently seeking a passionate and people-focused Senior Creative and Broadcast Manager to join our team. The Senior Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for ensuring the Godfather’s Pizza brand voice is consistently adhered to across all communication platforms. They will work closely with key principals within the company to manage the company’s branding. This position must be an excellent communicator, with strong visual design skills, who can lead the graphics team. Experience in all print applications, web and digital platforms, photography and video/broadcast production required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in associated field or comparable work experience.
  • 7-10 years of graphic design, videography, and editing experience in marketing and/or communication setting.
  • Proven experience in cinematography, specializing in controlled lighting setups, strategic composition, and stylized imagery, such as film-noir.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and managing broadcast operations.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing broadcast and campaign work.
  • Deep understanding of TV, radio, digital media, and content production workflows.
  • Proficiency in production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing platforms, Motion, broadcast systems).
  • Strong communications skills both the ability to clearly and persuasively present orally, but strong writing skills; both in business applications as well as ad copy.
  • Enjoys a collaborative working environment and seeing others succeed.
  • Willing to both contribute new ideas as well as run with decisions once they are made.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience developing, updating, and maintaining websites using WordPress, Elementor, and related web platforms, preferred.
  • Design, build, and maintain landing pages and website content to support marketing campaigns, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the timely flow of graphic and or video jobs through the department with a goal of more efficiency in how jobs are managed and filed.
  • Improve the creative messaging on all elements and ensure that our brand’s voice is consistent across all marketing elements.
  • In conjunction with the VP of Strategy and Photography and Director of Marketing, manage the development of the photo shoot needs, pre-production meetings and oversee the art direction of the shoot. Determine the best way to manage the library of digital images
  • Create the marketing assets from inception of concept through video and audio production. This will include sales/tradeshow video, TV commercials, digital ads, digital menu board content, and radio spots.
  • Direct voice-over artists, presenters, and on-screen talent during production.
  • Ensure the variety of guides align with Godfather’s Pizza brand standards, e.g. New Store Opening Guide, Store Décor Guide, etc.
  • Working in conjunction with the Director of Marketing and the Franchise Business Consultants, keep the Campaigns and Thematics section of the Vault fresh and relevant for our franchises.
  • Maintain and update the Brand Standards Manuals for Godfather’s Pizza, Godfather’s Pizza Express, Godfather’s Pizza To Go, and licensed products, as needed.
  • Manage the image of The Godfather and make certain that the company is maximizing this asset to its fullest potential.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for creative projects.
