About The Position

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Craft Recruiter to join the Primoris Power Delivery team. In this role, you will collaborate with departmental leaders to understand hiring needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to recruit a variety of craft positions, with a focus on sourcing, screen and selecting talent. You will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and providing well-informed hiring recommendations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key to collaborating with hiring managers and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Bilingual skills are a PLUS. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in utilities craft recruitment, preferably in a fast paced, high-volume environment
  • Experience recruiting high volume craft roles for Utilities (apprentice linemen to superintendents, on a nationwide basis).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various roles and levels.
  • Strong understanding of labor market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software (Workday, UKG)
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel nationally (when necessary) for job fairs, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership across departments to identify hiring requirements and align recruitment goals with business objectives.
  • Implement best practices in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment methodologies.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and vendors to enhance sourcing capabilities.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
