Aretum is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior CPIC Analyst. As a Senior CPIC Analyst, you will use your expertise to develop documentation and provide guidance on IT investments, strategic planning, budgeting, and procurement processes. Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
  • Minimum of 4 years of total experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of CPIC experience
  • Deep understanding of IT investments, strategic planning, budgeting, and procurement processes
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT investment management
  • Experience in business process and system analysis

Responsibilities

  • Develop CPIC Gap analysis by evaluating and reporting on investment metrics and artifacts
  • Develop Select, Control, and Evaluate Phase process flows, artifacts, tools, and templates for the portfolio
  • Develop CPIC Requirement documents based on Circular A-11 and A-130 to track and monitor requirements
  • Support meetings for the Investment Team supporting Capital Planning and OMB Major IT Business Case/IT Portfolio Summary tasks
  • Collaborate with the CPIC leadership and stakeholders on the needs of the OCIO CPIC portfolio
  • Perform monthly Investment reporting as required by Office of Management and Budget
  • Create and maintain CPIC Libraries to include templates and standard operating procedures
  • Act as SME to create, review, and execute training on CPIC processes and artifacts
  • Create, document, and submit Acquisition Approval Requests as needed
  • Maintain compliance with the Federal Information Technology Acquisition Reform Act (FITARA)
  • Manage Internal Review Board briefings to include scheduling and facilitation
  • Facilitate business analysis and requirements gathering sessions to gather and document requirements from stakeholders, subject-matter experts (SMEs), and technical experts
  • Ensure IT investments and projects align with the agency’s strategic goals
