About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the management of the Florida Drug Court Case Management System (FDCCMS). Primary responsibilities include planning and implementing FDCCMS training and technical assistance; ensuring   technical fixes, enhancements, and new releases that will impact FDCCMS users are accurate, functional, and comply with the OSCA FDCCMS contract. This position is also responsible for auditing FDCCMS usage and user forms to ensure users are complying with FDCCMS requirements. Additional responsibilities include providing problem-solving courts with access to the FDCCMS, reviewing licensing and account requests, processing forms, creating user profiles and providing login instructions. This position is also responsible for serving as lead staff to the FDCCMS Data Advisory Group (DAG) by scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and reviewing FDCCMS issues needing DAG consideration. The position works independently, reporting major activities through periodic meetings with the senior court operations consultant and data team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, statistics, social sciences, or a closely related field
  • Four years of related work experience.

  • Knowledge of state-level data systems or public-sector IT contracts

Responsibilities

  • Provide FDCCMS training and technical assistance to all FDCCMS users as needed.
  • Ensure FDCCMS technical fixes, enhancements, and new releases that impact FDCCMS users are accurate, functional, and comply with the ACT contract
  • Support problem-solving court data reporting requirements and other data initiatives
  • Audit FDCCMS usage and FDCCMS user forms to ensure users comply with FDCCMS requirements.
  • Provide problem-solving court access to the FDCCMS by reviewing account requests, processing forms, creating user profiles, and providing login instructions.
  • Serve as lead staff to the DAG by scheduling meetings, drafting agendas, and reviewing FDCCMS issues needing DAG consideration submission forms.
