About The Position
We're searching for an experienced and collaborative Senior Counsel - Securities and Finance to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position requiring at least 3 days per week in our corporate headquarters located in Cambridge, MA. EverQuote, Inc., a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a Senior Counsel - Securities and Finance to join our legal team. This role will provide strategic legal support on securities compliance, corporate finance, governance, and subsidiary management.
