Requirements

5+ years as a practicing attorney, with experience in law firms, corporations, or government agencies.
Proven experience in cross-functional project management in a dynamic environment.
History of leading internal investigations and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal writing.
Active membership in a State Bar in the United States.
