We’re looking for a business-minded Senior Counsel to shape strategy and protect
ADP’s Major Account Services and Human Resource Outsourcing businesses. If you

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and admission to a U.S. state bar required
• 8+ years’ legal experience, ideally a mix of in-house and law firm; dispute resolution background preferred
• Strategic advisor with a practical, business-oriented mindset
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and judgment skills
• Collaborative, self-directed, and comfortable influencing across a matrixed organization
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance
• Some travel may be required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in business services, outsourcing, or HCM technology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders and teams on legal strategy, risk, and compliance for two of ADP’s largest business units.
• Resolve and manage disputes, negotiate settlements, and minimize risk with a strong focus on employer/employee tax and business outsourcing issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with business and legal teams to support operations, marketing, and compliance initiatives.
• Stay ahead of regulatory changes impacting ADP and drive solutions to meet evolving requirements.
• Simplify complex legal issues for non-legal audiences and help shape business decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
