About The Position
The role of Senior Counsel, Legal is a full-time attorney position within Asurion’s Legal Team and has responsibility to support drafting and negotiating of commercial client agreements, including external-facing contract negotiations. Senior Counsel, Legal will provide day-to-day support for Asurion’s client services teams, including facilitating discussions designed to consistently provide cross-functional communication and guidance for activities requiring legal support. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic project leader, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, strong time management, communication and prioritization skills, management experience, and prior corporate and commercial legal experience.
