The Role: Forge Global is seeking a junior to mid-level attorney to join our Legal team supporting the company’s expanding investment management business. This role will provide legal counsel for private funds managed by Forge’s registered investment adviser and for registered investment companies, including interval funds that invest in private company shares and other illiquid assets. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in investment management law, including the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 (“Advisers Act”) and Investment Company Act of 1940 (“Investment Company Act”), and is eager to help shape innovative fund structures that bridge the gap between private market opportunities and regulated investor access. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with business, product, compliance, and operations teams in a dynamic environment at the intersection of technology, liquidity, and alternative investing. Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in office: Soho, New York or San Francisco, CA
