Reporting to the AGC for Litigation and Employment, this role will work closely with the People team to ensure compliance with complex employment and labor laws while supporting the company's growth and innovation, investigating and resolving disputes, and advising on other strategic initiatives impacting Ancestry's employees. The ideal candidate has both expertise in global employment law and the ability to provide practical, business-minded advice across multiple jurisdictions. This role requires balancing compliance, employee engagement, and cultural considerations in a fast-moving, global environment.
