For more information, visit www.redditinc.com. We’re looking for a pragmatic, solution-oriented employment and litigation lawyer to join our Legal team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing employment and general litigation matters as well as providing legal guidance across a broad range of employment-related issues, including employee relations, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. We anticipate that the responsibilities for this role will be divided between employment advice/counsel and employment litigation (75%) and general litigation matters (25%). An ideal candidate would have 6-10 years of broad experience handling both employment and general litigation matters, including a proven track record of navigating the nuances of various federal and state employment laws, managing complex discovery in a digital-first environment, and balancing risk with business priorities. Location: This role can work in any of Reddit’s U.S. offices (SF, LA, Chicago, NYC) or remotely from within the U.S.
