About The Position

As a member of the Legal team, the Senior Counsel – Employment and Litigation
(CC) is a core member of UL Solutions’ legal function. Reporting to the
Associate General Counsel, Litigation and Disputes (ACG), the CC will work
closely with Human Resources (HR) and with other business leaders to coordinate
and assist on the following matters within the Chief Legal Office (CLO).
