About The Position

The Senior Cost Estimator candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects. This includes cost estimation, budgeting, contract administration, and ensuring value for money while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Develop and manage tendering processes, including preparation of bills of quantities.
• Monitor project costs and provide regular financial reports.
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
• Manage change control and assess variations.
• Support project planning and scheduling from a cost perspective.
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial matters.
