Reporting to the Cost Analytics Supervisor, you will perform detailed, comprehensive analyses of a prospective or current members’ category spend data, occasionally in more complex and/or large-scale analytical scenarios. You will develop, revise, and effectively communicate analytical summaries and strategies for the sales team to use when discussing the solution and/or results with the customer, occasionally interfacing directly with the customer to help communicate and answer questions related to the analysis. Utilizing a variety of business intelligence and reporting tools, you will acquire, assimilate, and analyze data from multiple systems and data sources. You will also assist in the development of education, training, and documentation of the Cost Analytics process.
