About The Position

As a Senior Strategy Manager for Corporate Strategy (Brand) at Levi's, you will help develop and execute global product and category strategies. Reporting into the Senior Director of Corporate, you will work with Levi's Leadership Team to enable the integrated Levi's vision. You will bring experience in strategy development, collaboration, and financial acumen to leverage across key functions, regions and channels and activate strategies that support Levi's objectives, brand growth, and profitability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience consulting or business strategy role advising senior management.
• Experience shaping large-scale, company-wide strategies in retail, ecommerce, or consumer goods industries at a global scale.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead global projects.
• Ability to quickly synthesize & present complex ideas through multiple communication channels: including verbal communication, deck building & dashboard reporting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and understanding of P&L levers.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategic business plan for product strategies in partnership with senior leadership across Commercial, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations.
• Lead strategic development for company priorities aligned to the Levi’s Product Function, identifying levels for growth and strategic implications including financials, resourcing, and expected brand/consumer impact.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive alignment of product and commercial strategies across channels (retail, ecommerce, and wholesale).
• Manage cross-functional projects for our most critical strategic priorities to activate strategic plans in the market.
• Lead cross-functional task force and project management efforts, establishing timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring project completion on time and within scope.
• Lead on-going executive business reporting & manage ad hoc analysis and requests to deliver on business objectives.
• Partner with Marketplace Insights and Finance to leverage analysis of market dynamics, competition, and company performance to inform and influence key strategic decisions.
• Deliver financial analysis to assess revenue and profitability impacts of strategic actions.
• Support leadership on high-stakes presentations to drive executive and wider-company alignment on vision and strategy.
