We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Corporate Security Specialist to join our Corporate IT team, focusing heavily on enhancing our organizational security posture. You will provide security-focused on-site (in our San Francisco Office) and remote technical support, resolving tickets while administering and securing identity, endpoint, and collaboration systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and MDM with a strong emphasis on least privilege and security framework controls. The role includes implementing and maintaining security controls through monitoring, phishing simulations, incident response, automation, and root cause analysis, while balancing user productivity with risk reduction and maintaining clear, audit-ready documentation. Success in this role requires strong technical expertise, a proven ability to independently solve complex problems, and a collaborative mindset necessary to partner closely with the Security, Legal, Compliance, and People teams. The ideal candidate will balance a passion for technical security with the dedication to ensure timely and effective resolution of all support tickets, directly contributing to our organizational success.
