The Senior Corporate Security Manager will report to the Associate Director, HQ Security Operations, and manages site security and response for the Eden Prairie/Minnetonka, MN campus-which includes Optum, UHC, and UHG headquarters sites. You will be accountable for day-to-day security and response for key campus locations, including: All campus security and the ability to support executive and event security. The Senior Manager, HQ Security Operations, will also be accountable for leading the coordination for security around high level meetings, visitors, and external affairs support. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to working with our external partners such as emergency services, law enforcement, and local government agencies. Developing relationships that assist with the safety of our campuses and proactive security responses when needed. This role will also include the development and execution of readiness training/testing of the contract guard force.
