About The Position

As a Senior Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of sales strategies to sign and onboard new corporate clients based in the U.S.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to corporate treasurers
  • Strong understanding of corporate in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate globally.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify sales targets and initiate contact with potential clients.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Drive contract initiation and onboarding of new clients.
  • Take full ownership of revenue generation and profitability in the assigned sales area.
  • Maintain regular contact with active and former clients in the region.
  • Retain existing business and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Transition accounts to general account managers when appropriate.
  • Provide initial troubleshooting for non-technical issues.
  • Collect client feedback and relay it to the development team.
  • Conduct user training sessions when required locally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, fund managers, corporate treasurers, and market maker banks.
  • Collaborate with local multipliers such as TMS/OMS vendors and consultants.
  • Engage with local sales teams of market makers to enhance market reach.
  • Gather and share market intelligence to inform organizational strategy.
  • Work closely with the global sales force to leverage global customer relationships.
  • Monitor client trading activity and identify opportunities to improve pricing and increase volume.
  • Organize and attend networking events with local market professionals.
  • Prepare formal documents to professional standards.
  • Communicate complex concepts (e.g., IT specifications) clearly and effectively.
  • Ensure presentations align with current market branding and formatting standards.
  • Maintain organized documentation for future reference.
  • Share knowledge and insights proactively with colleagues, especially junior team members.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge through professional development.
