The Impact You’ll Drive: Product Life Cycle Management Identify opportunities to enhance and optimize product offerings through innovation, upgrades, or strategic changes. Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans to maximize customer adoption, profitability, and cross-functional alignment. Lead product upgrades and life cycle decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the ability to pivot as necessary to meet targets. Maintain a high-level strategic vision to develop product line plans that align with market trends and business goals. P&L Responsibility Drive financial performance across product lines by analyzing financial impacts and making strategic P&L decisions in collaboration with Product Pricing Analysts and Commercial Finance. Establish and recommend pricing strategies that optimize revenue and market positioning. Leverage strong financial acumen to inform pricing, investment, and lifecycle decisions. Product Strategy Develop compelling value propositions and drive the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps aligned with market trends and long-term business goals. Contribute to the development of long-term product strategies and inform GTM approaches. Apply proactive and industry-informed insights to refine strategies and address market needs effectively. New Product Introduction Execute launch excellence strategies for larger programs and product portfolios, including developing business cases, defining project scope, and leading GTM launches. Ensure alignment and adaptability throughout the product introduction process. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead and influence cross-functional initiatives with exemplary communication and a collaborative mindset. Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment of objectives and delivery of results.
