Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
4 years of income tax experience preferred
Minimum of 2 years of specialized experience required

Nice To Haves

CPA is preferred

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and accurate corporate income tax return compliance.
Prepare corporate tax income workpapers, identify book to tax differences and tax opportunities.
Work with outside providers on quarterly estimates, extension and income tax provision.
Research corporate income tax opportunities and share findings with Department.
Assist on implementation and execution of corporate tax incentives, including working with different internal groups/department to ensure proper implementation.
Research implications of tax law changes on the corporate structure and build tax scenarios.
Timely preparation of joint venture tax returns and distribution to appropriate outside/internal parties.
Collaborates with outside tax consultants on special projects.
