To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reviews contract documents to identify and analyze legal risk related to a project or company. Reports legal risk and mitigation strategies to a corporate function leader or divisional management. Conducts contract reviews for pre-bid and bid phases of the divisions pursuits. Drafts and negotiates agreements regarding company corporate functions or divisional business needs. Advises relevant stakeholders of potential disputes and recommends mitigation strategies. Reviews and supports submission requirements for all divisional Request for Proposals (RFP). Works closely with functional business units including finance, tax, treasury, insurance and other teams to provide accurate and timely legal guidance. Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan. Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
