Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
5-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory matters.
Strong expertise in Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA regulations.
Experience understanding FDA regulatory requirements for medical devices.
Proven ability to analyze and mitigate compliance risks.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
High degree of integrity in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Advise on compliance and regulatory matters, including healthcare laws and industry standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Anti-Kickback Statute and Sunshine Act compliance.
Develop and monitor compliance programs and policies.
Act as Compliance Officer for designated business units.
Provide legal guidance on marketing and sales practices for compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with compliance considerations.
Support development and management of franchise business models.
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
Lead compliance training initiatives for business teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance matters.
