As a proactive attorney, you will drive compliance strategy, identify regulatory risks, and serve as a trusted partner to various business leaders in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier law school.
  • 5-10 years of experience in healthcare compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Strong expertise in Anti-Kickback Statute and HIPAA regulations.
  • Experience understanding FDA regulatory requirements for medical devices.
  • Proven ability to analyze and mitigate compliance risks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • High degree of integrity in handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

  • Advise on compliance and regulatory matters, including healthcare laws and industry standards.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Anti-Kickback Statute and Sunshine Act compliance.
  • Develop and monitor compliance programs and policies.
  • Act as Compliance Officer for designated business units.
  • Provide legal guidance on marketing and sales practices for compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with compliance considerations.
  • Support development and management of franchise business models.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
  • Lead compliance training initiatives for business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance matters.
