  • Excellent judgment and commitment to ethical conduct
  • Strong communication skills; ability to effectively address complex issues in succinct oral and written communications
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as proactive thought partner to M&S stakeholders in each of Sanofi’s GBUs.
  • Drive legal strategy, drafting, and negotiation for complex transactions across the continuum of biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including direct materials, drug substance, active pharmaceutical ingredient, drug product, and finished drug product across the GBUs on a global basis.
  • Support M&A colleagues with expert legal advice on M&S – related topics in connection with due-diligence, definitive agreement negotiations, interim operating considerations, integration, and broader post-closing operations.
  • Support BD/Licensing colleagues and M&S Alliances in negotiating, drafting, and alliance management with respect to M&S topics in connection with complex biopharmaceutical manufacturing collaborations.
  • Lead advanced dispute resolution measures to transform conflicts into business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in M&S Global Functions to drive projects related to transformation of the M&S industrial network, including those related to capacity, investment, strategic sourcing, smart spending, collaborations with external partners, and optimized risk management.

  • Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.
