Requirements
- Experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Experience managing one or more intellectual property committees
- Experience drafting and negotiating legal documents
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on business needs
- Juris Doctor; state bar passage and in good standing; USPTO registration
Nice To Haves
- Experience advising on IP involving trade secrets and copyrights
- Experience with IP litigation
- Experience and knowledge of agricultural, construction, forestry, road building, and turf & utility equipment
