You will have the unique opportunity to serve as a subject matter expert in antitrust and competition law, shaping the compliance programs and strategic collaborations that allow our business units to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Requirements

  • You bring 10+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on commercial, distribution, and antitrust law.
  • You are a proven expert in global competition laws, specifically those impacting complex sales channels.
  • You possess a J.D. and an active bar membership in Colorado in good standing (or willingness to become licensed in Colorado).
  • You are a master of complex transactions, with extensive experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial contracts.
  • You have exceptional communication skills, capable of translating legal complexity into clear business solutions for a variety of stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within a large law firm or the in-house department of a global public company.
  • Prior experience navigating legal challenges specifically within the tech or industrial hardware sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a global subject matter expert on antitrust and competition law, guiding strategy for pricing, distribution policies, and strategic collaborations.
  • Architect and lead global compliance programs, creating impactful training materials and conducting audits to ensure fair competition.
  • Negotiate and draft sophisticated agreements for high-stakes channel partnerships, software licenses, and complex integrations.
  • Partner directly with senior management to provide creative, business-oriented legal advice on evolving regulatory landscapes worldwide.
  • Drive M&A success by leading legal due diligence and integration planning for global acquisitions.
