Senior Corporate Actions Analyst
About The Position
As a Senior Corporate Actions Analyst, you will help oversee a team of seven analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners. In this role, you will be accountable for: Overseeing and reviewing daily team deliverables Ensuring all SLAs are met, and daily work is completed accurately and on time Serving as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasks Identifying and recommending process and reporting improvements Monitoring internal controls and proactively addressing potential risks Proving oversight and support for team initiatives Owning incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating high-performing teams
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record of contributing to high risk, high visibility initiatives
- Ability to react in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities and adapting to shifting demands
