The Senior Corporate Actions Associate leverages extensive expertise in securities and banking to manage complex voluntary corporate action events in compliance with established standards. This role is responsible for testing and maintaining quality control programs, reviewing and analyzing offers to ensure adherence to corporate action policies and regulatory requirements, and mitigating financial risk. The position requires independent judgment to resolve complex issues, provide guidance and training to team members, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to research and resolve problems effectively. This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds - flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 3 per week averaging 12 days per month in one of the following locations: St. Petersburg, FL, Memphis, TN , or Southfield, MI.
