The Corporate Account Management Team within Caterpillar’s Customer Solutions Core Regions Division is seeking a Senior Corporate Account Manager to partner with Managed Accounts and ensure their fleets operate at peak efficiency. Role Summary: This Senior Corporate Account Manager Role with a focus on Product Support and Customer Solutions will work with specific accounts to grow our relationships and provide long term solutions. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to major customers, delivering exceptional support services and driving account strategies that optimize fleet performance. You’ll collaborate with dealers and internal teams to identify business needs, provide technical and diagnostic expertise, and ensure customers receive maximum value from Caterpillar and dealer resources—ultimately fostering long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
