Requirements

  • 6+ years of agency experience in a creative role
  • A standout portfolio across brands and industries
  • Experience writing for campaigns, decks, social, and digital
  • Ability to shift tone and voice effortlessly
  • Strong strategic thinking and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to deliver under pressure without sacrificing quality
  • A mindset of low ego, high standards, and real ownership

Nice To Haves

  • Webflow or website experience
  • Production experience (film, video, experiential, digital)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Chief Creative Officer, Business Development, and Marketing to bring big ideas to life
  • Write pitch narratives, decks, and presentations that win hearts, minds, and business
  • Concept and craft campaign ideas that feel fresh, smart, and impossible to ignore
  • Create social content, marketing assets, and thought leadership that sound unmistakably RP3
  • Turn strategy into storytelling—connecting insights to ideas in a way that actually lands
  • Build and evolve templates, frameworks, and messaging systems that scale across the agency
  • Collaborate with designers to ensure words and visuals work as one, not in silos
  • Jump into fast-moving opportunities with speed, focus, and zero drama
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced new business environment where occasional evening or weekend work may occur
