  • Efficiently craft compelling content for campaigns, launches, films, presentations, sales tools, and digital content that reflects the Intuitive brand and addresses customer insights.
  • Translate strategy, positioning, audience psychographics from creative briefs into persuasive copy.
  • Interrogate and explore ideas by adjusting the priority of messages and key take-aways.
  • Develop messaging for various audiences (physician, patient, administrator), research and help define strategy and channel activation.
  • Develop messaging hierarchies and narratives for corporate, product, and clinical marketing portfolios.
  • Present work and articulate approach to teammates, product owners, reviewers, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate, concept, and write original scripts for human-centered stories featuring our customers and the patients we serve.
  • Plan, write, and edit content for Intuitive.com web and mobile experiences, including page copy, assets definition, meta data, and disclosures.
  • Champion web copy effectiveness and actively advocate for content quality.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate your content's impact and recommend programs for continuous, measurable improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years' work experience as a marketing, advertising, agency copywriter required.
  • Medical device experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AP style and Chicago Manual of Style required, familiarity with AMA Guidelines desired.
  • Must have an online portfolio URL in your resume, demonstrating copywriting and conceptual thinking skillset.
  • Strong understanding of digital and social platforms, as well as their use within marketing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma, Tableau, Final Draft desired.
  • Market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, benefits, and equity.
