Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree
  • 6-10 Years Experience as a Copywriter or Lead Copywriter
  • Deep understanding of channel best practices, including social media, websites, email, direct mail and digital media
  • Experience with Agency Management, Campaign Management and Optimization, Communication/Messaging Strategy, Content Development, Go-to-Market/Integrated Marketing Strategy, Marketing Analytics/Measuring Effectiveness and Omnichannel Management

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end omnichannel creative strategies for the firm's largest, most complex efforts and brand initiatives
  • Partner with senior firm leaders and matrixed teams to develop and execute strategic messaging, creative communication strategies, campaign concepts, tactical ideation, content execution, client materials and other deliverables that bring our differentiated brand to life
  • Lead strategic messaging direction and/or verbal direction of content and campaigns, in collaboration with other creative and strategic partners; ensure approved strategy and creative direction remains intact throughout project's lifecycle
  • Make highly complex issues easily understood - in service of persuading audiences to think, feel or do something - by delivering world-class creative, from strategy all the way through to execution
  • Translate stakeholder needs into creative strategies and experiences that build brand equity
  • Develop creative for different media and tailor (or generate new) creative to fit channel-specific context
  • Work in a team-based or matrix environment - sometimes with complex, changing dynamics and shifting priorities - to gain stakeholder input/approval and meet deadlines
  • Coach others to ensure message, creative strategy and brand voice alignment
