Zip is hiring a Copywriter & Content Strategist, a writer at heart who thrives on clarity and consistency. This role sits within the Creative team and bridges words with strategy, defining how Zip's products are communicated across every channel while building the narrative frameworks that help our internal AI tools and customer-facing systems speak in Zip's voice. You'll be both a hands-on copywriter and a strategic enabler of how Zip's voice reaches our diverse audiences. You'll structure knowledge so LLM systems can use it effectively, and create documentation that helps cross-functional teams scale that voice across the business. At the same time, you'll flex your copywriting craft across B2B and B2C touchpoints.
