About The Position

Fi is looking for a Senior Copywriter to join our internal brand and creative team. In this role, you will craft sharp, brand-defining work across various channels, including performance ad copy, email, and larger conceptual campaigns. You will report directly to the ACD and collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product partners to tell compelling stories about our product and the people (and pets) who use it. This hybrid role requires both high-level campaign thinking and fast-moving day-to-day creative work. You will own our brand voice across channels and help shape how the world sees and understands Fi.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of copywriting experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates sharp conceptual thinking, strong brand voice, and a range of campaign and performance writing.
  • Experience writing for DTC or consumer tech brands (bonus for work in lifestyle, wellness, or pet industries).
  • Ability to shift between big-picture campaign work and fast-moving daily copy needs.
  • Comfortable working in collaborative, iterative environments and presenting work to stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for making great work happen.

Nice To Haves

  • A personal interest in the pet, tech, or wearables space is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Own copywriting across brand touchpoints, from performance marketing (paid social, email, landing pages) to bigger brand campaigns, retail moments, and product storytelling.
  • Develop strong concepts in collaboration with designers and marketers that elevate the brand and move the business forward.
  • Champion and evolve Fi’s tone of voice to ensure consistency and originality across channels.
  • Write tight, conversion-focused copy that resonates with specific audiences and drives action.
  • Balance brand craft with performance insights, writing with both heart and data in mind.
  • Translate product features into benefit-driven, emotionally compelling messaging.
  • Present work clearly and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support the creation of creative briefs, campaign messaging hierarchies, and testing plans when needed.
  • Bring entrepreneurial energy to new opportunities, helping Fi punch above our weight with small but mighty ideas.
