POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Coordinator will support a top-producing Executive Managing Director in Transwestern’s Chicago office, assisting with an international tenant representation practice and the Sports & Entertainment service line. This role is responsible for the seamless execution of brokerage coordination while simultaneously driving broader strategic initiatives across the firm. In addition to traditional coordination, including transaction management, client services, marketing and research coordination, this role supports the growth of the Sports & Entertainment platform through recruiting, strategic partnerships, and international outreach. This highly visible position requires exceptional professionalism and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment. It is also the responsibility of the Senior Coordinator not only to exhibit legendary customer service when communicating with clients, owners, vendors, and fellow team members but also to focus on productivity and results.
