About The Position

Position Summary The Senior Coordinator, Executive Team and Originations Leadership will play a critical role in supporting executive and originations leadership by managing key systems, coordinating strategic meetings, and driving cross-functional initiatives. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, technologically adept, and comfortable working collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless execution of business processes, client interactions, and special projects. Primary DealCloud Manager Serve as the primary administrator and point of contact for the DealCloud platform, the firm’s critical customer and deal management system used by AB Private Credit Investors; Develop, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports to provide leadership with real-time visibility into pipeline activity and performance. Partner with Legal, Compliance, and People teams to automate and maintain reporting of information needed for authorized signatures, subscriptions, due diligence, and HR records; Ensure accuracy and completeness of personnel data, including overseeing onboarding and offboarding records and cleaning up historical data. Enter and maintain deal, contact, and interaction records on behalf of originations leadership; Act as the primary liaison with DealCloud support for troubleshooting, enhancing and issue resolution. Business wide Meeting Coordinator Plan and execute AB-PCI-wide meetings, including the annual offsite and holiday gathering, as well as other events identified throughout the year; Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations; Collaborate with the Chief of Staff on annual offsite workstreams, including preparing and administering the PCI Survey, supporting development of presentation materials, and managing logistics; Oversee planning and execution of the annual holiday gathering, including menu selection, contracts, payments and event logistics; Collect, analyze and report post-event feedback to support continuous improvement. Originations and Fundraising Support Coordinate travel arrangements and private equity client meetings for specified members of Originations leadership; Track and monitor fundraising efforts, draft initial outreach communications, research prospects, and manage scheduling; Lead and support special projects related to originations and fundraising initiatives; Provide proactive administrative and operational support to enhance business development efforts. Technology Coordination Market Data and Systems | Compile and manage system subscriptions, track renewal dates, audit user information, monitor usage (especially for AI tools) and support cost optimization and vendor negotiations accordingly; AI Implementation | Assist the team in using AI for efficiency and growth. Find ways to implement AI with Brent and coordinators; Management of Retention Files and People Growth Files | Maintain retention and people growth files and working with Meghan Dacey from the AB people team to develop the AB-wide people data system for our purposes; OneNote Management | Maintain and organize OneNote files and meeting materials for AB-PCI President, Brent Humphries
