About The Position

The Senior Coordinator, Project Management for the Carolina Panthers will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of high-impact creative initiatives across marketing, content, and brand teams. It will manage timelines, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered with precision and creative excellence. Acting as a central hub between stake and creative teams, this role will help translate strategic goals into actionable plan, streamline communication, and champion process improvements that elevate the quality and efficiency of our creative output. This role, working directly with the Manager, Creative Operations, and Head of Creative, will be a crucial position contributing to operational excellence in a high-volume creative operation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a hands-on project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows across design, copywriting, video, and digital production.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Lytho, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Must be able to work non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • Must pass pre-employment screens.
  • Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with sensitivity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end creative projects including campaigns, branding initiatives, video production, and digital content.
  • Partner with creative, content, marketing, and external vendors to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, briefs, and workflows using Lytho project management system.
  • Allocate internal and external resources effectively, ensuring teams are supported and deadlines are met.
  • Review creative output to ensure alignment with brand standards and strategic objectives.
  • Monitor project performance & timeliness, gather feedback, and implement process improvements.
