About The Position
Working under the direction of the Unit Leadership and in collaboration with Unit team leads, the Senior Coordinator supports OMI's ability to achieve its goals and objectives through the development of Unit policy, Medicaid and healthcare industry training, and strategic staffing plans to help support individual employees and promote cohesion across the Unit operational teams. Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) is Illinois' single state Medicaid agency and the state organization responsible for administering Illinois' Medical Assistance and Child Support programs.
