Responsibilities

  • Develops, refines, and implements marketing strategies in support of service line goals and objectives (i.e., volume growth).
  • Recommends marketing solutions that include web, public relations, physician marketing, and mass media based on strategic analysis.
  • Responsibilities include project management, cross-team collaboration, concept/idea generation, writing, production, advertising, and mailing.
  • Ensures all deliverables align and support Siteman Cancer Center brand.
  • Advances and coordinates social media initiative including Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and website updates for Siteman Mammography and Lung Screening Programs and other cancer screening and prevention initiatives.
  • Collaborates with Siteman digital marketing manager to develop and manage digital marketing (Pay-per-click and advertising) campaigns.
  • Serves as Siteman liaison on campus-wide cancer screening/prevention initiatives; attend meetings, coordinate with hospital partners, WashU Medicine and the School of Public Health.
  • Develops communications, as needed.
  • Manages vendors and expenses related to marketing activities and manage to defined budget.
