About The Position

JOB SUMMARY Responsible for coordinating the overall day-to-day support and operation for the Talent & Culture department. Supports the overall operation by managing team communication, distributing company equipment and supplies, and stepping in to assist various Talent & Culture departments as directed/needed. Acts as the Office Ambassador and provides administrative assistance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Acts as a first line of support related to any Employee Relations issues. Gathers information, evaluates, responds when appropriate and/or refers to appropriate HR leaders for further investigation and follow up as needed. Acts as a primary contact for Team Members and management to receive and respond to inquiries related to Talent & Culture. Responds and communicates in a professional manner in person, via phone, live chat, or e-mail. Provides timely resolution of issues through knowledge, research, procedures, policy manuals, standards of practice, problem solving and other reference materials while ensuring a positive Team Member experience for those being served. Maintains reports, spreadsheets and databases for UKR Talent & Culture, such as applicant tracking spreadsheets and hiring matrices. Assists with the creation of new reports. Serves as a liaison with Digital & Technology and other UDX departments in acquiring and maintaining hardware and software, supplies and other logistical needs through standard operating procedures. Ensures all company-issued IT equipment is accurately tracked, deployed, and maintained following all established Universal standards and procedures. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
