The Senior Coordinator, Human Resources, is a trusted partner to employees and leaders across the Federation, helping shape a positive and high-performing workplace. In this hybrid role—on-site three days a week at our National Training Center located in Fayetteville, GA, 22 miles from central Atlanta—you will be at the heart of the employee experience, driving key HR initiatives from onboarding and offboarding to engagement, performance, training, and data insights.
