Senior Coordinator - Financial Operations Chargebacks
About The Position
What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets. Job Summary Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience, preferred
- Must live within 1 hour radius of LaVergne, TN for onsite visits
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred
- Effectively applies knowledge of job and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments
- In-depth knowledge in technical or specialty area
- Applies advanced skills to resolve complex problems independently
- May modify process to resolve situations
- Works independently within established procedures; may receive general guidance on new assignments
Responsibilities
- May provide general guidance or technical assistance to less experienced team members
- Works Memberships changes and updates
- Creates and updates indirect contracts
- Keys manuals for manufacturers
- Answer emails for internal and external client
