They independently manage coordination and delivery of full trips within established standards, budgets, and timelines, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution, quality, and outcomes. While strategic direction and program design are set by senior travel leadership, the Senior Travel Coordinator operates without day-to-day oversight and is trusted to make decisions, manage vendors, resolve issues, and deliver successful travel programs.
