Position Summary The Client & Practice Development (C&PD) function supports the firm’s Finance Group across a range of client-focused marketing and business development initiatives. The C&PD Senior Coordinator provides day-to-day support for client and business development efforts and assists with the execution of the practice’s strategic priorities. The Senior Coordinator will support client and business development activities across all disciplines within the Finance Practice Group, including leveraged and investment-grade finance, direct lending, structured capital and fund finance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working closely with members of the Client & Practice Development team. The Senior Coordinator will gain exposure to best practices across the firm and contribute to the delivery of high-quality client and practice development support. Requirements

  • Flexibility to adjust work schedule according to workload demands, and evolve with position as required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in the legal and/or professional services industry, preferably with a focus on marketing and business development

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM (e.g., InterAction), experience management software (e.g., ContentPilot) and financial data research platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Debtwire, KBRA DLD, LSEG Data & Analytics, PitchBook and S&P Capital IQ) is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to the C&PD Manager for assigned practice verticals and priority client teams including: assist in conducting and maintaining competitive intelligence on clients, industries and competitors maintaining coverage infrastructure tools and trackers tracking and driving progress towards the successful execution of practice objectives and plans preparing progress reports, relationship summary analyses and year in review accomplishments
  • Assist with organizing client coverage team meetings, including drafting agendas, capturing action items, and coordinating follow-ups
  • Assist with planning client events and training programs with support from the firm’s Events and Practice Resources departments
  • Assist with other client and practice development initiatives and projects as needed.
