About The Position

The Brand Operations Senior Coordinator supports the execution of brand initiatives across Choice Hotels’ Core portfolio by providing strong project coordination, communication, and delivery support. This role exists to help ensure brand programs are implemented efficiently, consistently, and with clarity across internal teams and franchisees. The Senior Coordinator partners closely with Brand Operations and cross-functional teams to manage timelines, materials, and execution details. This role does not develop brand strategy but plays a critical role in bringing approved initiatives to life. This position is an individual contributor with broad cross-functional exposure.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in project management coordination, program support, brand operations, or a related execution-focused role.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in PowerPoint.
  • Comfort using project tracking tools, timelines, and shared documentation platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

  • No certifications required; exposure to project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and execution of brand initiatives from intake through rollout and sustainment.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, and documentation to ensure initiatives stay on schedule.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings, agendas, notes, and follow-ups to support alignment and accountability.
  • Assist with program rollouts, including pilots and national launches, by coordinating materials, tools, and communications.
  • Develop and update PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate program requirements, timelines, and status.
  • Apply visual standards and attention to detail to ensure executive-ready and franchise-ready materials.
  • Coordinate with Centers of Excellence to gather inputs, track reviews, and integrate feedback into program plans.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal questions related to program materials, timelines, and execution support.
