Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative support to the Associate Deans of Academic Affairs, Graduate Education, and Research.
  • Manage and organize meetings for internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple calendars.
  • Prepare relevant documentation and conduct research for meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the College and the Office of Financial Planning/Academic Affairs.
  • Oversee timely submission of faculty evaluations and assignments, ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines.
  • Manage requests for supplemental instructional hires and prepare a comprehensive master matrix for courses taught.
  • Serve as the liaison for the Student Perspective of Teaching Survey (SPOTS) and provide guidance to departments.
  • Support the College's Educational Curriculum Committee by managing meeting schedules and recording votes.
  • Assist with accreditation oversight for public health programs, including managing electronic databases and preparing progress reports.
  • Coordinate catalog editing requests with department Chairs/Directors and the Registrar's Office.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and agreements, processing new and renewal MOUs efficiently.
  • Act as Travel Proxy for Associate Deans and manage P-card expenses and reimbursements.
  • Manage PhD Graduate Assistantship and Research Assistant Contracts, overseeing contract processing and tuition waivers.
  • Prepare and maintain schedules for college-funded commitments to PhD Student Fellowship awards.
  • Support timely graduation for PhD students by tracking progress and maintaining master tables.
  • Provide essential support to the Associate Dean of Research and assist in organizing college-level events.
