Position Summary The Senior Coordinator provides critical support for strategic engagement initiatives within the Academic and Professional Pharmacy Partnerships team. This role is responsible for planning and executing high-profile events, managing operational processes, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a related operational or coordination role with event planning and project support experience.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with corporate event planning, academic partnerships, or professional association engagement.
  • Advanced technical skills (e.g., Excel, Airtable, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with expense reporting systems and travel coordination.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills to identify patterns, errors, and opportunities for improvement within reporting (e.g., auditing).
